That the Committee move into a closed session pursuant to: Section 239 (2) (b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended - personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and, Section 239 (2) (d) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended - labour relations or employee negotiations; and, Section 239 (2) (e) of the Municipal Act, 2001, as amended - litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; to discuss: a. Appointment to Bruce County Library Board b. ONA Ratification c. UNIFOR Ratification d. Employee Settlement Agreement e. Approval of Closed Minutes – October 6, 2022

That the following individuals be appointed to the Bruce County Library Board for the term 2023 – 2026:  Sheila Barker  Mike Moszynski  Catherine Dickison

That the Memorandum of Settlement between the County of Bruce and the Ontario Nurses’ Association (ONA) on behalf of its members at Brucelea Haven and Gateway Haven, be approved, including all terms and conditions.

That the Memorandum of Settlement between the County of Bruce, Gateway Haven, Brucelea Haven and UNIFOR Local 2458, be approved, including all terms and conditions.

That the Director, Human Resources be directed to enter into a full and final employee settlement agreement.

That in accordance with the Procedure By-law, staff be authorized and directed to give effect to the actions of the Human Resources Committee in respect of all resolutions passed during the December 15, 2022 meeting.
