That the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) arrange on behalf of Bruce County Housing Corporation (BCHC) a refinancing of the existing charge/mortgage of land for its project, municipally known as 539 Ivings Drive, Saugeen Shores maturing December 1, 2023 in the approximate amount of $811,805.71; and That an Officer of the Corporation be authorized to sign the resolution on behalf of the Board of Directors of BCHC.
