That the Executive Committee move into a closed meeting pursuant to: Section 239 (2) (e) of the Municipal Act, 2001 related to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; and, Section 239 (2) (f) of the Municipal Act, 2001 related to advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose; to discuss: a. Bruce A. Krug Estate Update - June 2022 b. Approval of Closed Meeting Minutes - May 19, 2022
