That approval be granted to reallocate $215,000 of surplus capital funding toward the mechanical equipment replacement project at 401 Cayley St. in Walkerton; and, That authority be granted to award the tender to the low compliant bidder, Conestogo Mechanical Inc., in the amount of $396,000.
