That the County of Bruce commit to supporting the Grey Bruce Health Services Addictions and Mental Health Wellness and Treatment Centre by contributing $500,000 to the project over a five-year period; and, That staff be directed to include the contribution in the 2024 to 2028 Budget and Forecast as outlined in Option 2; And further, that Council direct staff to return with recommendations on creating a special levy to support health care capital expenditures.
