That approval be granted for the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) to arrange, on behalf of Bruce County Housing Corporation (BCHC) a refinancing of the existing charge/mortgage of land for its project, municipally known as 550 Willoughby, Huron Kinloss maturing September 1, 2024 in the approximate amount of $172,121.77; and That authority be granted to Officers to execute all documents as required in the mortgage renewal package.
