That Committee recommend approval of the attached Revised Fee Schedule and direct staff to place the necessary by-law on an upcoming Council agenda for approval; and That a pre-submission consultation by-law be prepared to implement mandatory consultation for Official Plan Amendments, Zoning By-law Amendments, Plans of Subdivision/Condominium and applications that require an Environmental Impact Assessment, and direct staff to place the necessary by-law on an upcoming Council agenda for approval; and That Committee authorize the recruitment of a full time Intermediate Planner in 2023; and That Council consider the Land Division Secretary-Treasurer and the Senior Planner position as part of the 2024 budget process; and That staff request the Minister to prescribe Bruce County and all eight lower tier municipalities as exempt from fee refunds outlined in Section 34 (10.12) of the Planning Act.
