That approval be granted for a by-law for the creation of a reserve for the Children’s Activity Assistance Program; and, That the stipulation of the reserve be that the funding is for the purpose of providing funds to assist families with the cost of activities, as outlined in the program guidelines as approved by committee; and, That annually any surplus funds created either due to a reduction in year expenditures or donations received are transferred to the reserve for future use.

That the disbursement of $52,740 from the Social Service Relief Fund to the United Way Grey Bruce be approved; and, That the disbursement of $6,000 from the Social Service Relief Fund to The Meeting Place Tobermory be approved; and, That authority be delegated to the Housing Services Manager to execute a Memorandum of Understanding with Meeting Place Tobermory for the Social Services Relief Fund; and, That the disbursement of $95,000 from the Social Service Relief Fund Phase Two to the YMCA of Owen Sound, Bruce Grey be approved.
