Human Resources Committee

That the salary of the Information Assistant vacant position in the Planning and Development Economic Development budget be used to offset the cost to add a third Economic Development Officer located at the Lakeshore Hub; and That the $36,000 for Skills Development in the CAO’s budget be reallocated to the Planning and Development budget to support the salary of the Economic Development Officer position; and That the GIS Coordinator and Planning / GIS Technician be reassigned from the Economic Development Division to the Land Use Planning Division reporting to the Senior Planner, Peninsula Hub.

That the Committee move into a closed meeting pursuant to:  Section 239 (2) (b) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended, related to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and,  Section 239 (2) (d) of the Municipal act, 2001 as amended, related to labour relations or employee negotiations, to discuss: a. Collective Agreements Status Update b. Organization Review Update

That the Committee rise and report from the closed meeting.
