That the proposal to incorporate Recruitment Incentive Programs be approved and implemented immediately.

That the Committee move into a closed meeting pursuant to: Section 239 (2) (b) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended related to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees (Staffing Update); and, Section 239 (2) (d) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended related to labour relations or employee negotiations; (Memorandum of Settlement - UNIFOR Library); and, Section 239 (2) (e) of the Municipal Act, 2001 as amended related to litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board (Staffing Update); and a. Approval of Closed Minutes - June 3, 2021

That the Memorandum of Settlement between Bruce County Library Board and UNIFOR on behalf of its Local 2458 Library be approved.

That in accordance with the Procedure By-law, staff be authorized and directed to give effect to the actions of the Workplace Engagement Services Committee in respect of all resolutions passed during the September 2, 2021 meeting.
