That the following by-laws be approved: By-law 2022-010 A by-law to approve the submission of an application to Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation ("OILC") for the Long-Term Financing of certain Capital Work(s) of the Corporation of the County of Bruce (The "Municipality"); and to authorize the entering into of a Rate Offer Letter Agreement pursuant to which the Municipality will issue debentures to OILC By-law 2022-011 A by-law to establish fees and charges for the Corporation of the County of Bruce By-law 2022-012 A by-law to appoint a solicitor for the Corporation of the County of Bruce By-law 2022-013 A by-law to confirm proceedings of the Council of the County of Bruce at its meeting held the 3rd day of February, 2022
